Q: Can I use my current BT/EE/Talk Talk Router? 

A: It depends on your contract with that company, BT after Jan 2019, BT requires the return of the router, meaning you don't own it. 

When you come to us you can either buy a BT Smart Hub or one of our "unlocked routers". Buying our unlocked Router means you can use it with another supplier should you so desire to leave us. 

We fully Warranty all of our Unlocked Routers for as long as you are with us, but the Smart Hubs through us only get 1 years warranty.

Q: I'm a current BT Customer how does coming to you affect me? 

A: Our Broadband is purchased from BT Wholesale,who are totally independant of BT (Confusing I Know) but as a BT customer you get free migration to us.
